He has a Masters in Taxation with honors from Golden Gate University and a Bachelors degree with honors from the University of Washington. His area of expertise is U.S. taxation and specifically, international taxation rules for individuals and small businesses. Phil lives in western Washington with his wife and two kids. He enjoys running, playing board games, and spending time with family.
